If you have one of our contracted insurances, we will bill your insurance company on your behalf after your visit. If your insurance company determines that you owe a portion of your charges, you will receive an Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company and a statement from us.

- Workers Compensation - The company you work for must have a contract with MedAccess in order to be seen for worker's comp. Please call our office for additional details.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and cash for payment.
Payment for services is expected at check-in (for all applicable co-pays and/or self-pay rates). If you are checking-in to be seen and there is a balance on your account, then payment is expected prior to being seen.
If you have received a bill and you have a balance on your account, then we accept payments by mail, in person, or over the phone. Online bill pay is coming soon!
